What you'll do

• Monitor job file status, audits, work in progress, and client requirements
• review and validate initial field documentation
• create preliminary estimates
• coordinate job files and backups
• maintain internal and external communications
• prepare reports
• complete documentation uploads, audits, and close-out
• track subcontractor and purchase order documentation
• collaborate with project managers on updates, progress, and billing
• participate in the administrative on-call rotation.
