What you'll do

• Cook and batch recipes according to standard procedures and batch sheets
• check ingredients and in-process foods for texture, taste, smell, and appearance
• report shortages, quality deviations, and mechanical problems
• complete batch information accurately
• follow labeling, storage, food-safety, and equipment procedures
• and comply with safety rules and critical control and preventive controls in the process.
