What you'll do

• Review and sign clinician documentation in the electronic medical record and provide feedback to support quality and compliance. Provide individual or group supervision, clinical guidance, and mentorship to primary therapists
• assist with case management and interventions as needed
• observe therapeutic groups
• contribute to clinical service and treatment-model improvement and staff training
• and maintain a small client caseload, providing therapy as needed.
