The Child Interventionist / Behavior Technician role is an onsite, part-time position in Baton Rouge, LA, with a planned transition to full time. The technician implements individualized treatment plans under a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst’s direction, records client progress, supports communication and life skills, and works with families and the treatment team. The role contributes to individualized ABA care intended to support meaningful changes for children and families.

What you'll do

  • Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA direction
  • observe, record, and report client progress and behavior
  • manage challenging behaviors
  • apply behavioral principles consistently
  • assist clients with academic and life skills
  • communicate with parents, analysts, trainers, and clients
  • participate as a treatment-team member
  • complete paperwork and data collection
  • participate in training
  • maintain confidentiality and follow company policies.
