What you'll do

• analyze operations and implement improvements
• prepare audit reports and quality metrics
• maintain audit and compliance documentation
• train store staff on quality, hygiene, and food safety
• support recall, hold, disposal, food defense, and regulatory inspection decisions
• monitor food safety, temperature, and order requirements.

Why this role
