Auto Body Technician

Job overview

The Auto Body Technician role is onsite in Tempe, AZ; compensation is $25–$30 per flag hour. The position supports collision repair production at Kaizen Collision Center’s Tempe shop. The technician takes ownership of collision repairs, applying structural and non-structural repair skills while maintaining quality and production. The work helps keep repair volume moving and meet OEM procedures and shop quality expectations.
