What you'll do

• Interview, hire, and train employees

• provide or designate 24-hour nursing administration availability through on-call and telephone access

• conduct quality assessment and assurance activities

• maintain policies, quality improvement, safety, environmental, and infection-control standards
• supervise nursing, admissions, and continuing-care functions
• collaborate on goals and budgets.
