What you'll do

• Manage lounge and bar operations and the beverage program
• develop cocktail and wine menus and specifications
• lead, schedule, and develop bar staff
• oversee responsible alcohol service and age verification
• manage inventory, par levels, and cost of goods
• lead service recovery
• coordinate with food and beverage and culinary leadership
• support revenue and labor targets
• ensure food safety, sanitation, and beverage regulatory compliance
• train staff on beverage standards and hospitality.
