Facilities and Operations Support Specialist

The Facilities and Operations Support Specialist is an onsite, full-time role in Raleigh, NC, paying $17–$22 per hour. Triangle Pond Management supports lake and pond management through facility upkeep and field projects. The role keeps the office, warehouse, and grounds orderly and supports daily operations through cleaning, inventory organization, order preparation, basic fish-tank and plant-bog checks, and seasonal maintenance work. Field-project support may also be needed.

What you'll do

• Clean and restock office, bathrooms, warehouse, and common areas
• organize warehouse inventory and help prepare orders
• perform routine checks and basic maintenance of fish tanks and plant bogs
• maintain parking lot, grounds, fencing, and dumpster areas
• conduct weekly and monthly inventory counts
• participate in seasonal groundskeeping and annual maintenance projects
• support field projects as needed.
