What you'll do

• Assist residents with grooming, bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, eating, and daily activities
• support safe transfers, positioning, and turning
• perform room, bathroom, laundry, and common-area housekeeping
• maintain resident records and care charts
• observe and report changes in physical or emotional condition
• follow infection-control practices and residents’ rights
• report suspected abuse, neglect, or unsafe care
• answer community phones and direct community questions appropriately.
