What you'll do

• Develop contract strategies and define terms and conditions in line with company standards
• manage vendor performance, compliance, contract changes, close-out, extensions, and renewals
• report performance metrics
• resolve vendor conflicts and contractual issues
• identify value opportunities
• coordinate with supply chain management on contract terms and vendor selection
• manage purchase-order work efforts and communicate signed contracts
• support negotiations and value targets
• mentor other Contract Managers.
