Account Manager in Training

The role prepares the trainee for a future sales route through job shadowing, sales training, merchandising, and account coverage. It supports product availability and customer accounts while building beverage knowledge and sales skills.

What you'll do

• Job shadow and train with sales managers and account managers
• merchandise products by stocking shelves and coolers, rotating fresh product, organizing backstock, and assembling displays
• cover account managers’ sales routes
• create sales plans for accounts
• discuss replenishment and new product placement with account purchasers or managers and place orders
• assist with store resets and special projects
• participate in supplier product learning and local festival volunteering as opportunities.
