What you'll do

• Calibrate inspection, measurement, and test equipment in one or more listed disciplines
• maintain secondary or working calibration standards
• perform basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
• collect and record calibration data
• identify out-of-tolerance conditions and take corrective action
• identify and correct measurement errors
• prepare calibration reports and certificates
• adapt equipment and techniques for unique measurement tasks
• train subordinate staff in calibration concepts and procedures
• interact with technicians, customer service representatives, account managers, and customers.
