Marine Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Plan daily marine operations, crew assignments, schedules, staffing, and resources
• recruit, train, develop, and retain employees
• provide field safety leadership and ensure regulatory and customer compliance
• maintain vessel and equipment readiness
• lead severe-weather preparations and emergency response
• manage customer relationships and service issues
• oversee labor utilization, overtime, performance, and timekeeping
• communicate operational issues to leadership
• maintain safe and organized facilities and work areas.
