What you'll do
- Perform routine building maintenance and repair structural damage
- maintain HVAC equipment
- apply preventive measures
- correct safety hazards
- perform fabrication, welding, electrical, and plumbing work
- operate a sit-down center-rider PIV
- follow OSHA and company safety procedures
- inspect equipment and perform preventive maintenance checks
- troubleshoot breakdowns and request repairs
- assist with training and special projects as requested.
