What you'll do

• Run maintenance, repair, and free-estimate calls
• diagnose cooling and electrical issues
• perform repairs including contactors, electrical components, fan motors, and refrigerant work
• present customers with estimates and multiple options
• sell repairs, maintenance agreements, add-ons, and new systems
• sell larger jobs for other technicians or the installation crew to perform
• cover a one-week-in-four on-call rotation.
