What you'll do

• Oversee resident care and services in the assigned area
• supervise and direct care team members
• coordinate staff assignments and coverage
• monitor resident needs and changes in condition
• participate in assessments and service planning
• ensure services follow care plans and resident preferences
• communicate with residents and families
• review resident documentation
• coordinate with nursing, leadership, and other departments
• ensure care supplies and equipment are available
• coach and mentor staff
• promote resident dignity, independence, privacy, choice, and rights
• support regulatory compliance, infection prevention, and safety
• participate in training, quality improvement, and emergency preparedness
• provide direct care or licensed nursing support when appropriate and within scope.

Why this role

Requires a nursing degree, current unrestricted LPN/LVN or RN license as applicable, and current CPR certification. At least two years of relevant direct-care experience and prior leadership experience are preferred. Schedule flexibility may include weekends and holidays.
