Life Enrichment Assistant

What you'll do

• Plan and facilitate social and recreational activities
• create an inclusive environment and engage residents according to their interests and abilities
• monitor resident wellness and collaborate on individualized care plans
• drive residents to appointments, outings, and events in the community bus
• assist with the Residence Store
• provide service mindful of mobility, memory, and sensory needs
• maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment
• build relationships with residents and families.
