What you'll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents for private equity, credit, real estate, venture capital, and infrastructure investments
• advise on deal structuring, governance, and regulatory considerations
• prepare and negotiate transaction agreements, partnership agreements, subscription documents, and side letters
• advise institutional investors
• coordinate across practice teams
• manage multiple transactions from term sheet through closing
• use legal technology to improve work quality and efficiency.
