What you'll do

• Lead the buying team and oversee buyers, associate buyers, and replenishment analysts
• manage product lifecycle, assortment plans, inventory levels, and replenishment and liquidation plans
• analyze sales and inventory data and develop category strategies
• negotiate category purchases and adjustments
• partner with store, management, advertising, and marketing teams to execute plans
• monitor trends and competition
• communicate product releases and adjustments
• supervise team performance toward category goals and financial plans.
