What you'll do
- Promote KeystoneCare services to new and existing clients
- develop referral relationships through networking
- meet territory growth targets
- travel independently in the community for meetings
- develop basic clinical knowledge to support marketing activities
- manage existing accounts
- coordinate post-acute discharge transitions with case managers, discharge planners, social workers, and physicians
- update management on activities and marketing plans
- participate in community education and outreach events.
