What you'll do

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities during the assigned tour
• make decisions about facility operations and staffing
• ensure physicians and families are notified of significant clinical developments or urgent care needs
• assess resident care and recommend improvements
• assist with quality assurance and performance improvement
• report resident-care or operational concerns
• support infection control, safety, and fire prevention
• maintain confidentiality.
