What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, dining, transfers, mobility, and repositioning
• monitor residents and report condition changes
• measure and record vital signs as assigned
• provide companionship and emotional support
• document care
• maintain a clean and safe environment
• follow infection prevention and facility guidelines
• collaborate with nurses and team members.
