What you'll do

• Administer and document medications according to physician orders
• review eMAR and medication orders
• assist residents with activities of daily living
• respond to call lights and safety alarms
• observe and report changes in resident condition
• maintain medication supplies and records
• obtain weights and vital signs
• clean and disinfect spaces
• assist with meals and activities.
