What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items at grill, fryer, and prep stations
• assist with food preparation and plating for banquets, receptions, and VIP suites
• maintain food quality, presentation, and portion control
• keep kitchen and concession areas clean
• follow food-safety and sanitation guidelines
• assist with inventory and restocking
• collaborate with cooks and catering staff
• serve guests and support post-event cleanup.
