What you'll do

• Partner with HR and business leaders to assess capability needs and skill gaps
• design, deliver, and evaluate learning programs across virtual, in-person, and e-learning formats
• manage curriculum governance
• select or develop content and delivery methods
• build leadership and functional development solutions
• facilitate sessions and coach facilitators
• analyze outcomes and improve program impact.
