What you'll do

• Provide operational support and limited clinical intervention
• consult with Wing and Group commanders and key leaders on organizational dynamics, human factors, leadership, team performance, unit trends, and resilience
• design and execute personnel assessment and selection programs
• deliver evidence-based training
• support personnel after critical incidents and high-stress missions
• and comply with applicable clinical documentation and medical policies. Provide recommendations without making government-reserved decisions or final personnel selections.
