Pharmacist, In-House Specialty and Retail Pharmacy

What you'll do

• Review, verify, and dispense prescriptions
• counsel patients on dosing, adherence, side effects, interactions, storage, and missed doses
• coordinate medication issues and access support
• monitor refills, adherence, and follow-up
• maintain dispensing, clinical, inventory, and patient records
• follow 340B policies and eligibility, purchasing, inventory, documentation, and oversight requirements.
