Automation Technician

What you'll do

• Build and wire industrial control panels from schematics and bills of materials
• install and wire PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and other control components
• wire field devices
• develop and troubleshoot PLC programs and HMI applications
• configure drives, safety controllers, and networks
• perform panel checkout and functional testing
• support startup and commissioning
• diagnose system issues
• inspect assemblies
• and maintain a safe, organized work area.
