The coordinator handles customer questions and parking access issues, maintains service records, and supports parking operations through software monitoring and coordination with shuttle, maintenance, and supervisory staff. The role helps keep customer service and operational support functioning across the airport’s 24/7 parking operation.

What you'll do

• Answer calls, intercoms, and electronic inquiries
• assist with reservation, access, payment, and equipment issues
• verify eligibility and grant access or exits under established procedures
• document interactions
• process refunds and account inquiries
• maintain records and reports
• monitor occupancy and parking systems
• coordinate with shuttle drivers, maintenance staff, and supervisors
• assist with emergency communications.
