What you'll do

• Plan and facilitate user research, including interviews, contextual inquiry, and usability testing
• create journey maps, service blueprints, wireframes, and prototypes
• contribute to design systems and use tools such as Figma, Tableau, or low-code platforms
• partner with developers, architects, and data engineers
• explain design decisions and trade-offs to stakeholders
• use AI tools to support synthesis, prototyping, and iteration.
