What you'll do

• Support daily store operations, scheduling, compliance, and sales execution
• act as general manager during absences
• oversee cash and inventory controls
• maintain merchandising and menu accuracy
• coach and develop team members
• collaborate with corporate HR, marketing, and procurement
• handle escalated customer concerns.
