What you'll do

• Administer Zscaler ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX
• maintain web-filtering, SSL inspection, DLP, CASB, cloud-application, bandwidth, and role-based access policies
• integrate Microsoft Purview Information Protection with Zscaler DLP
• support migration to role-based web filtering
• troubleshoot secure internet and private-application access
• investigate DLP alerts and security incidents and coordinate with the SOC
• monitor platform health and policy effectiveness
• coordinate with network administrators
• maintain runbooks, procedures, user guides, and knowledge articles
• train help desk staff, backup administrators, and users
• support VoIP and Microsoft Teams Voice as assigned.
