The Senior Back-End-Of-Line (BEOL) Engineer, DRAM Process Integration is an onsite role based in Boise, ID. Compensation is not specified for this position. This role is part of the BEOL team within DRAM Research & Development. The role exists to develop, optimize, and transfer advanced DRAM BEOL process flows. By working alongside experienced integration engineers, the role contributes to the development of metallization and interconnect technologies that push the boundaries of semiconductor performance.

What you'll do

• Support BEOL process flow development, optimization, and integration for advanced DRAM technologies.
• Assist in troubleshooting integration issues across multiple process modules.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret process and electrical data to drive yield improvement and reliability enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Participate in technology transfer activities from R&D to pilot production.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor's degree (required) in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, Chemistry, or related field

Experience

Foundational understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes; exposure to DRAM or memory device technology
