Adoptions and Permanency Consultant

What you'll do

• Complete child and family profiles and addendums, child preparation, and finalization services
• submit related files
• complete SWAN benchmarks and supervisor-requested revisions
• meet due dates
• participate in 25 hours of annual training and bi-monthly supervision
• and travel within Philadelphia and neighboring regions.
