The manager assists the General Manager with store operations, team-member activities, food safety, product quality, cash controls, labor usage, inventory, and scheduling. The role helps provide quality products in a clean and safe environment while supporting compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

What you'll do

• Assist the General Manager in assigning, directing, and following up on team-member activities
• support store operations
• train and monitor food-safety procedures
• maintain safe working conditions
• monitor product quality and guest satisfaction
• monitor food preparation and food costs
• monitor labor usage
• execute and train cash-control procedures
• coach team members
• assist with operational systems, profit and loss statements, inventory, and employee scheduling
• carry out opening and closing procedures.
