What you'll do

• Prepare, edit, and submit claims accurately and on time according to payer contracts and guidelines
• access client files and payer websites to verify information

• manage assigned work queues and follow up for cash resolution
• contact insurance carriers to determine claim status and reasons for nonpayment or underpayment
• identify and resolve claim and payer issues
• meet productivity and quality goals
• maintain high-speed internet and a dedicated home workspace.
