Wastewater Operations & Maintenance Technician – Grade 4 License

Job overview

The Wastewater Operations & Maintenance Technician – Grade 4 License role is onsite in Acton, Massachusetts, with a general schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; compensation is $23–$35 per hour. The technician supports operation and maintenance of the Acton wastewater treatment facility and collection system.

What you'll do

• Participate in daily facility and collection-system operations and maintenance
• assist with preventive maintenance and repairs
• complete inspections and rounds
• gather data for operating reports
• and follow administrative, safety, and operating policies. The role includes an on-call rotation, possible weekend shifts, and emergency response as needed.
