What you'll do

• Assist with daily operations and opening and closing
• uphold food quality, service, and cleanliness standards
• manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
• train, coach, and provide feedback to team members
• support scheduling and staffing
• address team issues
• respond to guest concerns
• support sales tracking, cash handling, budgets, and financial reports
• oversee food safety practices
• maintain operational records
• help implement action plans and special projects.
