Clinical Liaison

The Clinical Liaison role is onsite in Franklin, TN, with compensation of $40.25–$44.58 per hour. The position supports Mulberry Health & Rehabilitation’s centers by developing referral relationships and supporting census and quality mix goals. The liaison builds relationships with hospitals, physicians and community partners, reviews referrals for clinical and contract criteria, and develops territory marketing plans. The role helps the centers meet growth and budget expectations while supporting appropriate admissions and customer service.

What you'll do

• Generate appropriate referrals through daily account presence
• review and accept referrals in a timely manner using clinical and contract admission guidance
• pursue growth and market acceptance targets
• build professional relationships with physicians, nursing home administrators and hospital personnel
• assess markets and develop marketing plans
• implement promotional initiatives and monitor their cost-effectiveness
• provide educational in-services
• manage and reassess territory plans
• identify service opportunities
• use the company CRM
• participate in evening/weekend admissions call as required
• support compliance with applicable laws and policies.
