What you'll do

• Review transactions flagged by automated fraud monitoring tools
• research customer accounts and transaction history
• contact customers by phone or email for verification
• review account information to help prevent fraud and refund delays
• investigate activity that may violate Terms of Use
• research chargebacks and collect supporting documentation
• monitor recurring activity and trends
• collaborate with departments on process improvements.

Why this role
