The role supports planning, change control, resource and budget tracking, risk management, client coordination, and project reporting across implementation stages.

• Assist with project planning, team task definition, and detailed project plans
• track progress against timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• support scope, schedule, and cost changes
• maintain stakeholder relationships and change records
• support project design or testing as needed
• facilitate project goals, tasks, resources, and conflict resolution
• monitor project resources and budgets
• assign tasks and identify issues
• coordinate service levels and customer requirements
• follow the agreed project methodology
• prepare management reports
• and maintain project risk registers.

Why this role

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required, along with two years of project management experience. PMP is preferred; justice, public safety, or public-sector experience is requested.
