The Youth Development Professional, Leadership & Service role is onsite in Saint Augustine, FL. The posting states pay of $15 per hour. The position supports the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Florida’s youth development programs. The role helps young people build character, leadership skills, and civic participation through supervised programs and service-learning activities. It plans and delivers activities, encourages participation, and helps maintain a safe, supportive Club experience for members ages 6 to 18.

What you'll do

• Plan and implement Character and Leadership programs, including Keystone Clubs, Youth of the Year, Million Members Million Hours of Service, and Torch Club
• recruit and retain youth participants
• coordinate with Club staff
• maintain a Student Advisory Committee
• complete a yearly service-learning project
• supervise members and provide guidance and role modeling
• organize activities and events
• monitor program outcomes
• maintain a safe, clean program area and equipment
• prepare weekly reports and daily schedules
• participate in staff meetings and relevant programs and competitions.
