Product Operations and Insights Manager

The Product Operations and Insights Manager role is onsite in San Francisco, CA, with an annual base compensation range of $159,500 to $234,500. The role also channels customer and leadership input to product teams and leads AI integration into organizational planning and reporting.

What you'll do

• Lead annual and quarterly Product and Engineering planning
• run OKR cycles and define outcome metrics
• own leadership meetings, goal reviews, and cross-functional syncs
• build self-service reporting
• partner with Data and Analytics to turn analysis into decisions
• define cross-functional norms and tools
• lead AI integration into planning, operations, and reporting
• partner with TPM to standardize validated operating models
• triage field and executive requests
• structure customer input for product teams.
