What you'll do

• Maintain the property waiting list
• interview applicants and determine eligibility
• coordinate on-site data collection
• schedule resident recertification interviews
• calculate income, assets, and rent
• obtain compliance approvals
• coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and apartment inspections
• maintain resident files under company and regulatory policies
• assist office staff with administrative tasks.
