What you'll do

• Complete final punch-list items across light plumbing, HVAC finish work, electrical trim, drywall repair, carpentry touch-ups, and hardware installation
• inspect work against standards and local codes
• diagnose and resolve minor finish or installation defects using hand and power tools
• communicate with homeowners, contractors, and project managers during walk-throughs
• maintain protected workspaces and accurate records of completed items, parts, and time.
