The Direct Support Professional role is onsite in Brooklyn, CT, and part-time, with a listed schedule of Sunday 7:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. and Monday and Tuesday 6:00 a.m.–9:30 a.m. Compensation is $18.46 per hour. What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation
• administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support medical appointments
• maintain a clean and safe living environment
• engage clients in social activities and community outings
• use mobility equipment appropriately
• document activities and incidents
• maintain confidentiality
• implement individualized care plans.
