Lab Technician

Job overview

The Lab Technician role is full-time and in-person in Cypress, TX. Pay is $15 per hour. The technician supports the clinical function of True Image Orthodontics, a growing orthodontic practice, and helps maintain patient-care readiness and treatment quality. The role fabricates and prepares orthodontic appliances, supports sterilization and clinical room readiness, and maintains supplies and records. Accurate, timely laboratory work helps the clinical team follow treatment schedules and provide care.

What you'll do

• Fabricate, trim, polish, and prepare orthodontic appliances according to provider instructions
• prepare study models, impressions, and casts
• assist with digital scanning and 3D printing workflows where applicable
• maintain laboratory equipment and workspaces
• operate sterilization equipment
• assist with operatory turnover and room preparation
• monitor and restock supplies
• maintain laboratory and sterilization records
• perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
