• identify operational gaps and escalate systemic issues
• supervise warehouse-floor operations and coach team members
• set expectations and provide feedback
• conduct team huddles
• enforce standard operating procedures and company policies
• document process deviations
• maintain timekeeping, resource use, and equipment accountability
• promote workplace safety and 5S practices
• report incidents and corrective actions
• support break scheduling and floor coverage.
