What you'll do

• Provide non-medical assistance and companionship
• assist with personal care and activities of daily living
• assist with medication passes according to the six rights
• prepare meals following prescribed diets and menus
• document resident care and progress
• report observations and changes to supervisors and the house team
• accompany residents to appointments and other trips
• support residents’ individual goals
• maintain a clean and safe home
• communicate relevant information to incoming shifts
• attend monthly in-person clinical supervision and maintain required credentials.
